OTR, FTL

shipments of dry & temperature-controlled foods and related items. We are a member of the TIA and SmartWay. ARPCO is licensed, bonded, and insured since 1988. We are seeking to hire experienced C2G (cradle to grave) Freight Brokers / Account Managers that want to manage all aspects of their own customers freight but need back-office / operational support. Salary base commensurate with experience. Commission component applies. Commission only arrangements available to as well.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience as Freight Broker / Account Manager.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills: English, bilingual a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop new business and build strong customer relationships with existing business
• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Sales experience
• The ability to type 40+ WPM required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required C2G-Cradle to Grave Broke r : Salary or commission whichever greater

Buy/Sell-Chicago Style Broker:

Salary plus commission.
