Position Summary The Technology Asset & Fulfillment Manager leads the complete lifecycle of technology equipment supporting students, employees, and facilities. This includes inventory planning, procurement coordination, fulfillment, deployment, tracking, recovery, refurbishment, and disposition. This role manages warehouse and fulfillment employees, oversees vendor relationships, and ensures equipment is delivered accurately and on time. Because students rely on Chromebooks, internet hotspots, and other technology to participate in their coursework, strong fulfillment and recovery operations directly affect student success and organizational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage today's operation while building better processes, systems, automation, and vendor partnerships for the future. What You'll Do

• Lead the complete lifecycle of student, employee, and facility technology assets, ensuring equipment requests are fulfilled accurately and within established service levels.
• Oversee fulfillment of student Chromebooks, internet hotspots, and other program-required technology.
• Manage employee equipment fulfillment, including new-hire setups, replacements, refreshes, and offboarding recovery.
• Coordinate technology distribution and recovery across corporate, warehouse, and school locations.
• Maintain accurate records of asset location, assignment, condition, and lifecycle status.
• Partner with Finance and other teams to translate enrollment forecasts and business needs into inventory and purchasing plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, utilization, aging, recovery rates, shipping costs, and other operational measures.
• Lead warehouse and fulfillment employees, establishing clear expectations for accuracy, timeliness, quality, productivity and accountability.
• Oversee receiving, storage, cycle counts, packing, shipping, inventory security, and warehouse organization.
• Improve warehouse layouts and workflows to increase efficiency, safety, and scalability.
• Work alongside the team during high-volume periods and other significant operational needs.
• Manage asset, fulfillment, shipping, and telecommunications vendors using clear service, cost, and performance expectations.
• Evaluate new vendors, operating models, and technology solutions when better service or cost opportunities exist.
• Partner with Corporate IT on provisioning, licensing, asset-management platforms, integrations, and fulfillment applications.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to improve performance and eliminate recurring problems.
• Automate or simplify manual processes related to ordering, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, recovery, and reconciliation.
• Build repeatable, documented processes that can scale as the organization grows. What You'll Need
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT asset management, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, warehouse operations, high volume technology distribution, or a related field.
• Experience leading employees and coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated success improving inventory, fulfillment, logistics, or other operational processes.
• Experience with inventory, asset-management, warehouse-management, shipping, or similar systems.
• Telecom account-management or billing experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory controls and asset lifecycle practices.
• Ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify problems and make decisions.
• Strong vendor-management, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing fulfillment volumes.
• A practical continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge inefficient processes constructively.
• Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team when needed. Bonus Qualifications
• Experience with vendor selection, competitive bidding, RFPs, or contract negotiations.
• ITAM, supply chain, logistics, inventory-management, ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma training or certification.

Location and Physical Requirements This is an on-site position at our corporate warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Standard business hours are expected, with occasional flexibility during high-volume fulfillment periods, major deliveries, deployments, or inventory activities. The role requires regular activity in a warehouse environment and the ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds independently. The employee must also be able to assist with items weighing up to approximately 75 pounds using appropriate help or material-handling equipment.
