Duties Evaluate client applications by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and collateral to determine bond eligibility. Prepare and process bond documentation accurately using specialized financial software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and legal entities to explain bond terms, obligations, and compliance requirements. Monitor bond accounts for compliance with industry regulations such as FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and banking regulatory standards. Manage client relationships through consistent follow-up, ensuring timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations. Conduct risk assessments related to collateral and client financial stability using commercial lending analysis techniques. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and client interactions in accordance with financial compliance standards. Experience Proven experience in loan origination or financial services with a strong understanding of mortgage services, commercial banking, or lending industries. Prior role as a loan officer or in mortgage services that involved loan processing, servicing, or financial sales. Familiarity with banking regulations including TILA and other compliance standards affecting loan processing and commercial lending. Demonstrated ability to analyze Excel data for risk assessment and credit evaluation purposes. Strong customer service skills with experience communicating complex contractual terms clearly to clients. Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, mortgage products, and commercial lending analysis related to risk management. Proficiency in using financial software systems along with basic math skills, including 10-key typing for data entry accuracy.
