Position Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll guide borrowers through the financing process from initial conversation through closing. You'll build trusted relationships, understand each borrower's goals, identify the right financing solution, and deliver a high-touch experience throughout the transaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a Loan Officer who enjoys sales and relationship building but wants the support of a company that provides warm lead opportunities, diverse lending solutions, technology, and ongoing training and mentorship. What You'll DoSales & Business Development Build trusted relationships by understanding each borrower's financial goals and needs. Educate borrowers on available programs, qualifications, costs, and next steps. Deliver a professional, transparent, and high-touch customer experience. Mortgage & Product Expertise Develop expertise in Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, reduced-documentation, investor, and HELOC products. Analyze borrower information to identify the most appropriate financing solution. Stay current on product guidelines, pricing, market conditions, and regulatory requirements. Pipeline & Operations Manage the loan process from application through closing. Take ownership of file quality and proactively address issues. Work closely with processing, underwriting, closing, and other internal partners.What You BringRequired:
2+ years of mortgage origination experience, preferably in a direct lending or consumer-direct environment.NMLS SAFE
Act registered or state licensed. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple opportunities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning and using technology, including CRM, POS, and LOS platforms.
