Job Description
Cheap Title loans, a locally owned, family-run title loan store in Tucson — eight years in business — is hiring a store manager to run a single location with five employees. You'll own the day-to-day operation: lending decisions, customer relationships, staff leadership, and store performance. Compensation is a good base salary plus a growth incentive tied proportionately to the store's results, so your income scales with what you build. This is a long-term career position with real upside, not a stepping stone. Responsibilities Manage all store operations Monday through Friday, nine to six Lead, train, and hold accountable a team of five Make lending decisions and oversee the loan portfolio Drive store growth and hit performance targets Maintain compliance, security, and a clean, professional environment Handle customer issues directly and keep the floor running Requirements Title loan management experience required Personable but aggressive, thorough, and capable Commands presence and gets gets things done Drug-free, responsible, and logical under pressure Wants to make a very good living and build real wealth How to Apply Please do not apply in person — the store is short-staffed and can't take walk-ins.
