Seasoned Escrow Officer - High-Volume Escrow Desk Are you a seasoned Escrow Officer with the expertise and drive to handle 20+ escrows per month ? Do you have a reputation for delivering seamless, high-quality escrow services ? If so, we want to talk to you! About the
Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected Escrow Officer to work on a busy escrow desk . This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong network of real estate professionals . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to providing top-tier service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage 15-35 escrows per month with precision and efficiency Maintain strong relationships with agents, lenders, and clients Oversee escrow transactions from open to close , ensuring compliance and accuracy Lead and mentor assistants as needed Bring in and maintain a book of business to contribute to the company's growth Ensure all transactions adhere to state and federal escrow regulations
Qualifications:
5+ years of escrow experience with a proven track record in high-volume transactions Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask under pressure Strong knowledge of California escrow laws and regulations Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team References required
