Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Escrow Assistant/Jr. Escrow Officer, working directly with the branch manager, with tremendous growth opportunities. The candidate must have at least 3 years of Escrow experience and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

Handle the opening of new Escrows Assist the escrow officer with ordering payoff demands and processing the file using RBJ Edge Communicate with agents and lenders regarding the status of the transaction Prepare Escrow instructions Worked with third parties such as HOA and solar companies regarding payoff and transfer requests. Communicate effectively with Title regarding title-related matters Mail out closing packages Assisted with incoming phone calls and inquiries

Programs:

Candidate must possess a minimum of three years of full-time Escrow experience and have a good understanding of RBJ or RBJ Edge. Position is located in Calabasas and is from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Pay:

$56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
