Escrow Officer General Clear Lake , Texas Full-Time Aug 6, 2026 Escrow Officer University Title Company Clear Lake, TX (in-office) We're looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll manage your own book of business while overseeing the escrow process from contract to closing, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain a personal book of business to support branch growth. Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing. Order legal documents and gather information needed to prepare files for closing. Review title, settlement, and closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate and schedule closings with all parties involved. Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals throughout the transaction. Prepare recording packages, premium reports, and other post-closing documentation. Oversee recordings and maintain complete, accurate transaction files. Work closely with team members to provide exceptional service and ensure successful closings.
What We're Looking For:
TDI Escrow Officer license required. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Four or more years of title and escrow experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with RamQuest preferred. Professional, adaptable, and able to work effectively under changing priorities.
