Only candidates with 3+ years of Escrow officer or Escrow assistant experience, and a book of business (regardless of how many the size) will be considered for this position. FasTrack Escrow Inc., a DFPI-licensed Independent Escrow office, is looking for self-motivated, pro-active, and committed Escrow Officer to join our team! Full or Part Time Position, and a great opportunity for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, service oriented, and looking to join a small-sized office to work without mico-management and with flexibility of timings and hours.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the entire real estate closing process from opening to closing of an escrow. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, confident, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Ensure understanding of, and compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions. Responsible for preparing HUDs for approvals, Prepare all closing docs required to ensure title insurance is issued at closing. Initiate wires for disbursement, Conduct closing with customer, realtor, lenders, and attorneys. Open title and clear title issues, type escrow instructions, Order payoff demands, HOA docs, & demands, & Coordinate with Lender for Buyer's loan. Stay in constant communication with all parties through the escrow process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Three (3) years Escrow Officer, or Jr. Escrow officer, Escrow Assistant experience with customer Service Skills is a MUST. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability. Strong project management skills, including multi-tasking, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must pass DOV+C background check as per DBO requirements. Prior FPS (Summit) experience is a plus. Own book of business is required, regardless of the size!
