Job Description This is a senior leadership role in Commercial Lending Operations. It is 100% onsite. The person oversees teams handling the complete operational lifecycle of complex commercial loans: Loan Documentation → Due Diligence → Funding → Construction Draws → Ongoing Servicing They are not simply a loan operations manager who handles routine commercial loans. This person needs significant hands-on knowledge of: Commercial real estate (CRE) loan documentation

Operational controls and risk
Team leadership The role also manages analysts, specialists, and senior processors while owning quality, capacity, controls, SLAs, exceptions, and operational risk.
Your ideal candidate is:
A senior commercial lending operations leader who has personally worked with complex CRE loans and construction lending and now manages teams responsible for documentation, funding, construction draws, and servicing. This is not a general banking operations manager.
