For aspiring loan officers, we offer direct guidance on how to secure your license and successfully close your first transaction (note: licensing and initial setup expenses are the responsibility of the candidate). For seasoned professionals, we provide the tools, competitive positioning, and flexibility to supercharge your existing production. Key responsibilities include : Leveraging diverse residential loan products—including bank statement loans, DSCR investment loans, FHA, USDA, HELOCs, and HECMs—to structure creative solutions for clients in the Central Valley and beyond. Building and executing a self-generated marketing and business development pipeline within the Fresno and surrounding real estate markets. Conducting thorough client consultations to analyze financial and credit data, establish financing objectives, and guide them seamlessly from application to closing. Managing loan files end-to-end, gathering all required documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance and company standards. Collaborating with local real estate professionals, builders, and referral partners to build a sustainable, recurring network of business. About You Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate finance and helping clients achieve homeownership. Either already licensed as an MLO under S.A.F.E. Act requirements, or fully prepared to complete the required coursework, testing, and licensing process. Strong self-starter capable of driving independent lead generation and outside sales activities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills tailored for client advisory and referral networking. High attention to detail and commitment to professional ethics and compliance.
