ESCROW ASSISTANT

to work full time. The candidate we are seeking should be capable of managing their workload and is able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great company with competitive compensation and excellent benefits!

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Opening orders and inputting closing statements;
• Gathering client information and entering data into the computer system;
• Preparing documents for closing, funding and recording of escrow transactions;
• Order title reports;
• Conduct escrow signings;
• Prepare, assemble, and deliver escrow documents;
• Communicating with clients and responding to information requests

Job Requirements:

• Know the ethical requirements of the business and uphold a strict level of privacy of clients;
• Must be familiar with escrow rules and procedures;
• Ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong follow through;
• Must be a team player;
• Have a good grasp of standard escrow software applications Salary depends on experience.
