What You'll Do:
Leadership:
Lead and manage a talented team of escrow officers and assistants, driving team growth and excellence.
Operational Oversight:
Supervise operations, systems, and file distribution to ensure seamless processes.
Transaction Management:
Oversee file management, address transaction issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Efficiency Enhancement:
Establish and enforce guidelines and workflows to optimize team efficiency.
Escrow Processing:
Manage the opening of new transactions, process escrow documents, and handle audits, clear titles, and disburse funds.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of escrow management experience, handling sales and refinance files from start to finish.
Operational Expertise:
Proven ability to implement and manage closings for both residential and commercial transactions.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills, including experience with RBJ. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills:
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
