$26-$30/hr. We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to independently manage residential escrow transactions from opening to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of California escrow processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service to clients and industry partners. Key Responsibilities Manage escrow transactions from open to close Review and process buyer, seller, and lender instructions Coordinate with title companies, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements Handle funding, recording, and disbursement of escrow files Calculate prorations and reconcile escrow accounts Maintain compliance with escrow regulations and company policies Provide timely communication and updates throughout the transaction process Qualifications 3+ years of Escrow Officer experience in California Experience independently managing a full escrow desk Advanced proficiency with RBJ escrow software Experience with Qualia is a plus Strong knowledge of C.A.R. forms and DocuSign Experience handling complex transactions, including trusts, probate, and HOA transactions Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their files, anticipates challenges before they arise, communicates proactively, and can successfully manage multiple transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.
