We are currently looking for an escrow assistant to join our Newport Beach team! This is not only an opportunity to join a great team with tremendous leadership but one that provides great training, allows for substantial client interaction, and potential opportunity to learn every part of a transaction. We are looking for a minimum of one year of experience as an Escrow Assistant. Must be motivated, able to handle a fast-paced work environment, and a desire to be a part of a team. Salary is based on experience, commission is negotiable.

Escrow duties:

Provides support to team and office by delivering the finest customer service and supporting administrative duties related to escrow closings Packages new escrows and receipt deposits Reviews title commitment and brings any exceptions to the attention of the Escrow Officer Orders demands and other documents within a timely manner of receipt of open order request and follows up as necessary (Pro-activeness is essential) Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions interprets earnest money agree Assist in managing all aspects of desk, including full desk coverage capabilities when Escrow Officer(s) is away Prepare documents as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions Assist in managing all aspects of desk, including full desk coverage capabilities when Escrow Officer(s) is away Assist with other office duties as needed What's needed: Requirement of 1+ years of escrow experience Strong multi tasking skills with excellent follow up skills Problem solving skills Detail oriented and well organized Excellent verbal and written communication A passion and pride for delivering excellent customer service Desire to learn and grow in the business with a can do attitude
