Full Job Description What You'll Do:

This role will provide clerical and administrative support to the Escrow team in the Newport Beach, CA office. This is an in-office role and will do general filing, scanning, mailing, and email duties. provide overall support to the Escrow team. Prior Escrow experience would be helpful, but is not mandatory.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Preferred Experience:

1+ years of escrow experience Familiarity with escrow processes and terminology Experience with escrow software - Softpro a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Duties:
