$26.88 - $35.83 per hour

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 3-5+ years of direct escrow transaction experience Experience managing escrow files from opening through closing Strong understanding of title reports, liens, and real estate closing processes Established relationships within the local real estate community preferred Valid state licensing or certification if required Job Duties Manage escrow transactions from opening through funding and disbursement Serve as the primary contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys Order and review title reports; resolve title defects and encumbrances Prepare, review, and execute closing documents Conduct closing appointments and explain transaction documents Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and real estate professionals Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Escrow Officer. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
