Escrow Officer (Contract 90+ Days)
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00/hour
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Contract Assignment:
90+ Days We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to support a busy escrow team on a contract assignment expected to last 90+ days. This role requires a professional who can independently manage escrow transactions from opening through funding and closing while providing exceptional service to all parties involved. Key Responsibilities Perform Escrow Officer duties for assigned files from opening through closing and funding Manage escrow transactions and ensure all deadlines are met Prepare, review, and process escrow documentation Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and organized transaction records Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer Experience with RBJ software required Strong knowledge of escrow processes and transaction management Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Must be bondable Must successfully pass a background check through the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation Preferred Experience Mobile Home Transactions Commercial Real Estate Transactions Probate Transactions Bulk Transfer Transactions If you're an experienced Escrow Officer looking for your next opportunity with a well-established team, we'd love to hear from you!
