Key Responsibilities:

Assist Escrow Officers in processing escrow files from start to finish. Open, review, and prepare escrow files for closing. Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and other parties to ensure timely transactions. Prepare documents, balance files, and follow up on outstanding requirements. Manage data entry, file organization, and ensure accuracy throughout the process. Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
