The Loan Officer will be responsible for discussing the client's needs, recommending the best loan products, helping customers put together a complete loan package and working with the underwriting team throughout the loan process. Loan Officer responsibilities Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals. Provide education and support to borrowers throughout the application, closing and post-closing. Maintain an active knowledge base of all the organization's available loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant Identify and recommend products that meets the customer's needs and the organization's lending guidelines Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to accelerate the process. Maintain relevant professional licensing. Loan Officer Requirements Active NMLS license preferred Ability to organize and deliver Home Buyer Workshop presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills Teamwork and client service skills Self-motivated and highly organized Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks. Compensation:
base $16.90 hourly with targeted earnings from $160K- $300K PI286896816
