S. without current or future sponsorship Must have relevant U.S. construction industry experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SBA Relationship Manager to develop new business, manage client relationships, and grow a portfolio of Small Business Administration loans. This position combines SBA lending, business development, financial analysis, portfolio management, and deposit generation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SBA lending programs, commercial credit, and relationship-based sales. Key Responsibilities Develop new SBA lending opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement Build and manage relationships with business owners, commercial real estate investors, and referral partners Grow SBA loan production, deposits, cash-management services, and other banking revenue Evaluate borrower financial statements, credit histories, cash flow, collateral, and property information Determine loan feasibility and recommend appropriate financing structures Prepare loan presentations and credit packages for review and approval Partner with loan processors, underwriters, credit teams, and other internal departments Manage loan opportunities from initial contact through underwriting, approval, and closing Maintain complete and accurate credit files, loan documents, and relationship records Monitor the existing portfolio and address client account or service concerns Cross-sell business banking products, including deposit accounts, cash-management services, business credit cards, and letters of credit Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new lending products and services Ensure all lending activities comply with SBA requirements and internal policies Maintain regular communication with clients and provide a high level of service Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered Experience in SBA lending, commercial banking, business development, or relationship management Working knowledge of SBA loan programs, credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring Demonstrated success generating new loans, deposits, and banking relationships Experience managing a commercial or SBA loan portfolio Strong understanding of financial statements, cash-flow analysis, credit risk, and accounting principles Proven sales, negotiation, networking, and client-development skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple loan opportunities and priorities Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, and SBA compliance requirements Established professional network within the San Francisco Bay Area is preferred Apply Today Please mention the same subject line: Estimator
