Based on Book of Business, Experience & Production We are seeking an experienced and motivated Escrow Officer to join our growing team in Downtown Santa Ana .

PLEASE NOTE

This is a fully in-office position. Candidates MUST have an established book of business to be considered. Compensation will be determined based on the strength and production of the candidate's book of business, along with experience. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, detail-oriented escrow professional who can confidently manage transactions from opening through closing while providing exceptional service to clients, agents, lenders, and industry partners. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their desk, and values building strong, long-term client relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing Review purchase contracts, escrow instructions, title reports, lender instructions, and transaction documents Prepare escrow instructions, amendments, estimated and final settlement statements, and other required documentation Order and review title reports, payoff demands, tax information, HOA documents, and other items required for closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties throughout the transaction Monitor deadlines, conditions, and outstanding items to ensure timely and efficient closings Coordinate signings, funding, recording, and disbursement of funds Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant escrow files Proactively communicate file status and resolve issues as they arise Maintain and grow an established book of business while developing strong client relationships Deliver a high level of customer service throughout every transaction Qualifications Previous experience as an Escrow Officer Established book of business

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of residential escrow procedures and real estate transactions Ability to independently manage an escrow desk and files from opening through closing Strong understanding of escrow instructions, title reports, payoff demands, lender requirements, and closing documentation Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, dependable, proactive, and customer-service focused Proficiency with escrow/transaction management software and Microsoft Office Compensation Compensation is based on the candidate's established book of business, production, and level of experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
