Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and personable Loan Officer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and turning qualified opportunities into successful closings. Leads will be provided , allowing you to focus on connecting with prospective borrowers, building trust, and converting opportunities into funded loans. Responsibilities Follow up promptly and consistently with company provided leads Connect with prospective borrowers to understand their home financing needs Educate clients on available loan programs and financing options Assist borrowers throughout the loan application and pre-approval process Collect necessary borrower information and documentation Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and other parties throughout the transaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners Keep accurate notes and follow up activity in the company CRM Manage your pipeline from initial contact through funding Provide excellent customer service and a positive borrower experience Meet individual production and conversion goals Qualifications Mortgage or lending experience preferred Strong communication and relationship building skills Comfortable speaking with and following up with new leads Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple clients at once Strong follow through and attention to detail Professional, positive, and customer focused Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Company provided leads Established support team Opportunities to build a strong loan pipeline Collaborative and professional work environment Opportunity for growth Competitive compensation structure We are looking for someone who is motivated to work the leads provided, build genuine client relationships, and turn opportunities into successful closings.
