Job Description:

Escrow Junction, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of escrow processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. This role involves preparing and reviewing escrow documents, maintaining compliance, and providing outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial escrow transactions, including sales, refinances, FSBOs, and HELOCs. Prepare, review, and process all escrow-related documents and transactions. Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards throughout the escrow process. Provide superior customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Escrow Officer

REQUIRES.

In-depth knowledge of escrow laws, practices, and industry regulations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in escrow software and technology.
