Job Description

Escrow Company in Yorba Linda is seeking a full time Junior Escrow Officer to assist the escrow division and help maintain the book of business. Qualified candidates
MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience as a Junior Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting with various types of escrow transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to work independently, provide excellent service and be a quality team player. This position is for someone who is passionate about their work and takes pride in providing a high level of escrow service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule signings Daily banking Opening new escrows Processing escrow files Field and answer escrow calls Prepare estimated closing statements for buyers & sellers Perform administrative duties for Escrow Officer Answer client questions and convey important information Perform Officer duties on all files including funding and closing transactions Communicate with clients on behalf of the Escrow Officer Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders Assist with balancing files and closing procedures Experience with escrow software, such as Qualia Must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints Thorough understanding of escrow practices Escrow, Real estate or Title experience a plus Please send your resume to start the application process.
