Compensation & Opportunity Floor + commission Top Loan Officers have the opportunity to earn $250K-$330K+ annually Up to 12 warm, pre-qualified leads per day No cold calling Strong earning potential based on production Clear opportunities for growth and leadership About the Role Everyone starts with a 1-3 month ramp period as a Loan Officer Assistant , giving you the opportunity to learn our systems, develop your mortgage knowledge, and demonstrate your sales ability before transitioning into the Loan Officer role.
