Job Description

Job Summary Role and Responsibilities This position will work with the Senior Manager of the Loan Operations Department to assist in providing both internal and external clients with a high level of customer service.
This position entails:
  • The creation of Ticklers on the FiServ system or any other system the bank deems appropriate for the tracking of Financial Requirements, Insurance and Loan Documents.
  • The monitoring of insurance policies and taking the necessary steps to ensure the Bank obtains renewal policies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter expired insurance policies into the Miniter system
  • Follow up with closing agents and attorneys to ensure timely receipt of loan documents and recorded instruments.
  • Image loan packages into Director Unity.
  • Update Treasury rates on a weekly basis.
  • Update Prime rate as needed.
  • Verify all General Ledgers are in balance spreadsheet to system.
  • Review daily reports for exceptions.
  • Work with Lender to ensure a smooth closing of new loans including but not limited to verify closing statements and preparing loan documents.
  • Loan payments and participation remittance processing.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements The candidate must have a high school diploma with at least 2 years of loan experience. They will need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft office and FiServ. The candidate needs to be self- motivated and a problem solver.
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.80 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
