Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Title Processor/Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience handling all aspects of real estate closings from contract to closing and be comfortable managing transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Review title commitments, lien searches, surveys, estoppels, and payoff statements. Clear title requirements and prepare files for closing. Prepare seller documents, closing statements, and closing packages. Coordinate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Conduct closings and ensure all deadlines are met. Fund and disburse transactions. Provide exceptional service and maintain clear communication throughout the closing process. Requirements Previous title processing and closing experience is required. Professional appearance and business attire are required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience.
