Duties Oversee the entire escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps Manage title processing by reviewing title records, conducting title reviews, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies Perform research on property histories, legal descriptions, and title records to support accurate transaction processing Ensure compliance with real estate law and company policies throughout all escrow activities Maintain meticulous records of all escrow activities in accordance with regulatory standards Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on transaction progress and address inquiries promptly Experience Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar real estate transaction role Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal descriptions, easements, rights-of-way, and title review procedures Familiarity with title search techniques and public record research methods Proficiency in using real estate documentation review tools and transaction management software Excellent client communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently under tight deadlines Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring seamless real estate closings!
