We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with at least three years of Florida title, escrow, and residential closing experience. This individual will manage transactions from contract through closing, disbursement, and post-closing. Exceptional customer service is central to our business. The successful candidate must communicate proactively, respond promptly, and create a professional and positive closing experience for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and referral partners. The Closing Manager will have a dedicated assistant to help with file processing and administrative responsibilities, allowing the manager to focus on file accuracy, issue resolution, client communication, and successful closings. Primary Responsibilities Manage residential purchase and refinance transactions from opening through post-closing. Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements. Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and other closing documents. Confirm that title requirements, lender conditions, and closing requirements are satisfied before closing. Coordinate and conduct closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties. Provide proactive and timely updates throughout each transaction. Respond professionally and promptly to telephone calls, emails, questions, and concerns. Identify and resolve title, escrow, and closing issues before they delay a transaction. Verify wire instructions and follow all fraud-prevention procedures. Balance transactions, approve disbursements, and maintain accurate escrow records. Oversee and provide direction to the processing assistant. Ensure post-closing responsibilities are completed accurately and promptly. Follow company procedures and applicable state and federal requirements. Required Qualifications At least three years of Florida title, escrow, and residential closing experience. Active Florida title insurance agent license. Strong knowledge of purchase and refinance transactions, title commitments, escrow procedures, settlement statements, and closing documents. Proven ability to manage transactions independently from beginning to end. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively. Experience with title and closing software, Microsoft Office, and electronic document systems. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Schedule and Flexibility This is a full-time, in-office position in the Greater Orlando area. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be flexible when a transaction requires additional availability to accommodate an important or time-sensitive closing.
