Role Definition:
Provides support to the Servicing Department with Product Coordination and System Administration I. Assists in the onboarding of new loans to the servicing system. II. Pre-audits new loans to ensure information entered is accurate. III. Provides superior customer service, both written and verbal, to homeowners, bankers, and other vendors. IV. Completes the daily deposit of all checks that have been received. V. Responsible for handling the return mail received in the office. (welcome packets)
Requirements:
Required Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Work Experience:
Two to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technology Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Word Required Skills or traits for the position: Excellent customer service and time management skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, & work effectively in team environment.
Specialized Training/Certifications:
Knowledge in Mortgage Banking industry
