Job Description

e are seeking an on-call Bail Bond Agent to join our team in the Washington / Fairfield / Iowa City area. This position offers a commission-based structure where you will be compensated per bond processed at the jail. If you have a flexible schedule and are looking for an opportunity to supplement your income, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Process bail bonds at the jail facility.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call duties.
  • Hold a valid IA driver's license.
  • Have reliable transportation for travel as needed.
  • Exhibit patience and professionalism in all interactions.
