Job Description

Agricultural Loan Administrator Summary:
The Agricultural Loan Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the agricultural lending team by assisting with loan documentation, processing, servicing, and compliance. This role ensures loan files are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process agricultural loan documentation, including notes, security agreements, mortgages, and UCC filings Assist with loan closings and post-closing activities Maintain accurate and complete loan files, both physical and electronic Input and update loan information in the loan servicing system Monitor insurance, collateral documentation, and tickler items Assist with renewals, extensions, and modifications of existing loans Support compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and third parties to obtain required documentation Respond to borrower inquiries and provide general loan servicing support Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Prior experience in loan administration, banking, or agriculture-related finance preferred Knowledge of agricultural lending products and practices a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Work Environment Office-based position with regular interaction with lenders and borrowers May require occasional overtime during peak lending periods Benefits May Include the

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $50,000.00/year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
