Commercial Closing officer Bristol, IN 46507 $75,000 - $80,000 a year $75,000 - $80,000 a year Commercial Closing officer
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for handling commercial real estate transactions from start to finish while providing excellent service to clients and partners.
What You'll Do:
Manage the full commercial escrow closing process from start to finish Review and handle all documents related to commercial real estate transactions Resolve any title or escrow issues that come up during the process Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, agents, and internal teams Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients Ensure all files are accurate, organized, and completed on time

What We're Looking For:
2-4+ years of experience in commercial escrow/title Experience handling commercial real estate closings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills High school diploma or GED required Familiarity with ResWare and Microsoft Office is a plus Must have or be able to obtain a state title license Must have or be able to obtain a notary commission
Compensation:
$75k - $80K + commission $500 weakly #
