Job Description

Handle routine customer inquiries, questions and problems. Processing loan and participation payments. Maintain and process titled collateral. Provide secretarial support for loan officers. Proofread loans - Personal, auto and commercial loans. Scan loan files into Document Management System. Track errors and omissions policy for bank vendors. Track all business assets (ABA) insurance policies for commercial loans. Monthly reports compiled and distributed. Sort and mail statements and notices to borrowers. Other duties as assigned. High School Degree One to three years' experience working in banking, credit unions, real estate agencies, or mortgage companies. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer experience. Process selected paperwork for consumer loans. Assist customers with any questions that they may have concerning their loan. Key skills to be successful in this role include understanding loan operations, time management, math skills, writing skills, problem solving skills, reading skills, and attention to detail.
