• Provide expert guidance on various loan @types and credit options tailored to customer needs.
• Analyze and approve loan structures, pricing, and conditions within your delegated authority.
• Combine your agricultural expertise with solid business acumen to craft innovative financing solutions.
• Maintain secure and compliant loan files, safeguarding borrower data.
• Assess risk effectively, evaluating defaults and losses with precision.
• Participate actively in community and industry events to grow your network and client base.
• Collaborate with credit analysts to prepare thorough credit analyses.
• Adhere strictly to all relevant laws and internal policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act and P at ri ot Act.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with agricultural lending exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong independence coupled with the ability to work well in teams.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Trusted discretion handling sensitive internal and external information.
