COMMERCIAL BANKING MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Managing the process of new business development, including participating and/or leading calling efforts on existing and potential customers Managing the commercial banking team that services an existing portfolio of commercial loans, and other commercial services, to ensure all relationships are risk-rated appropriately and meet compliance and regulator policies. Providing direction and support to the commercial lending staff to increase the effectiveness of the department and enhance individual performance. Potentially managing a small portfolio of clients.
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's degree (may be waived in lieu of experience) Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit and loan administration experience Minimum of 5 years management/supervisory experience Proven track record in sales management Business development focus, demonstrating innovative approaches. Financial and analytical skills with the ability to rapidly assimilate complex information.
