Back Loan Originator Account Executive Quincy , Massachusetts Perm 70000 Oct 7, 2026 $70000.00 - $75000.00 Loan Originator Quincy, Ma. - Onsite Full Time $70k base + 10% of net commissions 1st year ~$110k OTE 2nd year ~$200k+ OTE 3rd year ~$300k+

OTE Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for driving loan originations across the platform. You will be sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with real estate investors and developers, while building long-term borrower relationships. This is a production-focused role within a high-performance environment. The expectation is consistent deal flow, strong borrower relationships, and disciplined execution. Source new lending opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and existing relationships Build and maintain a network of real estate investors, developers, and brokers Develop consistent deal flow across target markets

Requirements:
