What You'll Be Doing:

Field live transfers and consult with borrowers to identify the best mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional) for their specific needs. Review loan applications, gather documentation, and seamlessly manage your pipeline. Collaborate daily with our incredible in-house processing and underwriting teams to move files smoothly to the closing table. Use problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome hurdles and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License. A "hustle" mentality—you are self-motivated, driven to hit goals, and eager to learn. A team player who brings positive energy and professionalism to the floor every day. Strong communication skills, whether you are talking to a first-time homebuyer or a referral partner.
