What You'll Do As a Senior Loan Administrator, you'll partner closely with lenders and internal teams to support commercial, agricultural, construction, and consumer lending relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. This position plays a key role in coordinating loan closings, preparing and reviewing documentation, supporting portfolio administration, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and support commercial, agricultural, construction, and consumer loan closings. Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Process loan bookings, funding, renewals, and payoffs. Monitor loan exceptions, ticklers, collateral, and documentation requirements. Maintain electronic and physical loan files. Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, insurance agents, and other third-party vendors. Support construction loan draw administration and disbursements Assist lenders with customer relationships and ongoing portfolio support Provide responsive service for loan inquiries, servicing requests, and customer needs. Assist with audits, examinations, and internal loan reviews. Collaborate with lending and operations team members to support department goals and workflow priorities What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who values teamwork, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Two or more years of loan administration or loan processing experience. Experience with commercial real estate, agricultural, construction, or commercial operating loans. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work onsite at any of our locations in Willmar, MN, Litchfield, MN, or Hutchinson, MN. Preferred Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience with LaserPro and/or Fiserv Premier What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting team success Builds strong relationships with customers and coworkers Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment.
