Job Description

Flanagan State Bank DBA Classic Home Loans is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! At Classic Home Loans we take pride in our exceptional customer service, communication skills, and a friendly team environment. Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants directly support their assigned loan officer(s) in administrative and business development duties. They take applications, gather and review documents from borrowers in a timely manner, and accurately enter information into the loan origination system. They communicate and address inquiries with borrowers, internal staff, and loan officers. They work closely with the loan officer and processing to ensure that files are closed in a timely manner. Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail and a positive attitude. Mortgage or banking experience is a plus.
