Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide assistance to loan officers in all facets of the loan process from application to payoff. Complete and maintain all documentation and paperwork necessary for loans and loan compliance. Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank's image contributing to its growth. Provide excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

: Fully knowledgeable of all bank loan products and services. Process loan documents File maintenance on loans Book loans and disburse funds Process payments and payoffs Maintain loan files of all required documents Assure documents are in compliance Provide excellent service to all bank customers
