Agricultural Loan Officer Cleveland, MS market | Full-time | Permanent direct hire Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year. Build agricultural customer relationships with a financial-services organization supporting producers and agricultural businesses. This role combines new-business development with portfolio management, customer retention and renewals. Your work Develop new customer relationships through prospecting, referrals and market relationships. Understand customer operations, financing needs and financial performance. Manage existing relationships, coordinate annual renewals and identify opportunities for growth. Work with credit and operations teams on documentation, credit risk and customer service. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and portfolio updates. Qualifications Agriculture background and agricultural lending and/or agricultural sales experience. Demonstrated business-development skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships. Working knowledge of commercial credit, financial statements, loan documentation and crop insurance in agricultural lending. Clear communication, organization and sound judgment. Relevant credit and underwriting experience; approximately one to three years is a useful guide, and applicants with additional relevant experience are welcome.
