July 31, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Billings, MT 59101, USA Job Details Description Acquire all types of real estate loan applications including FHA, VA, RD, conventional and construction. Adhere to production goals as set by Branch and/or compensation package. Manage a clean pipeline to include required information in loan file, alerts, action taken and locks. Counsel customers concerning loan programs offered by the Bank. Oversee and assist in the processing of loan requests and documentation. Coordinate loan closings, both in-house and through the title companies. Pursue positive public relations by networking in the community (i.e. attending realtor events and being involved in community activities and organizations). Be knowledgeable of all pertinent regulations and Bank policies that affect lending. Be accountable for thoroughly completing the loan checklist and reviewing for completeness and compliance. Attend loan compliance meetings and job-related training seminars. Cross-sell other bank products and services and participate in customer contact program. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Education and Experience Preferences 4-year college degree (accounting, business, finance, management or related) and 2 years relevant experience - or equivalent combination of education & experience Sales experience Extensive knowledge of loan guidelines, products and services Licensing/Certification Requirements Current National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration or ability to obtain NMLS registration.
