full-time Business Loan Admin Manager BNC National Bank ON-SITE in Bismarck, North Dakota The Business Loan Admin Manager supports BNC's commercial lending department by leading a team of Business Loan Administrators that deliver high-quality administrative and servicing support to Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers. This role ensures loan files are accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed from origination through closing. The Manager provides daily leadership, coaching, training, and development to Business Loan Admins; promotes consistent processes across markets; and serves as a knowledgeable resource for complex commercial loan administration, documentation, and operational guidance. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly-organized, and skilled in building unified teams while supporting exceptional service to BNC's business and agricultural customers. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Business Loan Administration team to ensure consistent, high-quality loan documentation and servicing, and team engagement. Oversee all commercial loan documentation, including pre- and post-closing loan functions, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Partner closely with commercial loan officers and credit analysts to support production needs, and serve as the subject matter expert for complex loans and documentation questions. Develop and maintain department procedures and workflows to strengthen team performance and operational consistency across markets. Maintain accurate customer and loan documentation records, conduct quality control reviews and resolve documentation deficiencies, and support audits and examinations related to commercial and agricultural loan files. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred 7+ years of advanced commercial & agricultural loan administration, commercial lending, or quality control experience Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to lead change Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why BNC National Bank?
