They're seeking an Entry Level Ag Lender —someone who understands agriculture and producers, and wants to help them succeed. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and servicing a portfolio of ag lending relationships Support the analysis and underwriting of agricultural loans (operating lines, equipment, real estate) Collect and review financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections Conduct farm visits and maintain strong relationships with clients Prepare loan presentations for review and approval Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with senior lenders on credit structuring and risk analysis Attend ag-related events and build community presence Why This Role?
