What You'll Do Interview applicants and analyze financial records and documents to determine creditworthiness Prepare and maintain loan files, renewals, extensions, and related documentation Communicate with customers to gather financial and collateral information Help build and strengthen customer relationships through responsive, personal service Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and provide additional banking solutions Participate in community events, business development activities, and local relationship-building efforts What We're Looking For Ag or ag/commercial lending experience with strong customer service, credit, and communication skills Credit Analysis skills to work a loan from start to finish and through renewals. Bachelors Degree- Ag Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
