We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lender to join our Santa Fe branch. As a Commercial Lender you will provide commercial and financial expertise while building trust-based customer relationships. Over time, customers view you as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their business operations. In this role, you will promote Southwest Capital Bank's loan and deposit services, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of portfolio and prospective clients.

This position requires:

Thorough understanding of commercial loan policy and procedures, as well as numerous federal regulations. Attention to detail with the ability to properly document and prepare required loan information. Competency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or directly related experience. 5 years' + experience as a Commercial Loan Officer.
