We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Team Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by assisting with the escrow process. This position requires a strong understanding of loan processing, mortgage servicing, and escrow procedures. The Escrow Team Assistant will work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. Duties Assist in the preparation and review of escrow documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the escrow process. Manage the collection of necessary documentation related to loan origination and underwriting. Process payments and disbursements as per escrow instructions. Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence. Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other applicable laws throughout the escrow process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform basic math calculations related to closing costs, fees, and other financial aspects of transactions. Experience Previous experience in escrow processing or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with basic math skills to accurately handle financial calculations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in using escrow software and other relevant technology is a plus.
