This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused banking professional who enjoys business development, commercial lending, and working directly with local business owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new commercial relationships while managing and expanding an existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and prospective borrowers Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and direct outreach Analyze financial statements and business performance to assess credit opportunities Structure and recommend commercial lending solutions based on client needs Manage an assigned commercial loan portfolio and monitor financial performance Balance portfolio growth with sound credit and risk management Identify opportunities for additional banking services, including cash management, deposits, merchant services, insurance, and wealth management Provide guidance on commercial lending programs, including SBA 7(a) Develop referral relationships with local professionals, businesses, and community organizations Represent the organization at networking and community events Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team development
What We're Looking For:
